Silvio Pasquarella
(director & founder)
Silvio was born in Italy in 1991 and has been traveling the world since he was 18. He has been living in Barcelona since 2019. In his early years, he studied hospitality, but in 2017, he shifted his focus to cinematography, which marked the beginning of his journey in the audiovisual world.
In 2019, Silvio founded 32 BEATS Production, and by 2020, the company had already grown enough to support itself and expand the team. He now works full-time, leading the company alongside an incredible team of talented professionals.

Desde 2014, Pablo Ríos ha usado su cámara para retratar la esencia de la vida. Inició fotografiando el ambiente nocturno en discotecas, capturando la energía y conexión en cada imagen. Con el tiempo, se enfocó en bodas, inmortalizando momentos de amor y emoción.
También ha trabajado en retratos, buscando transmitir la historia y personalidad de cada persona. Su talento lo llevó al mundo del real estate, destacando la belleza de los espacios. Hoy, se ha reenfocado en los congresos de baile, donde captura la pasión y el ritmo de esta disciplina.
Francesca

Francesca Romana, known artistically as Frencys, was born in Rome, Italy, in 1995.
At just 14 years old, she developed a passion for the audiovisual world and enrolled in the High School of Cinema and Television, where she studied for five years, graduating in audiovisual editing.
Around 2013, she began working as a photographer for various venues and events in Rome, deciding to pursue further training and fully immerse herself in photography.
In 2021, she started working at one of the most prestigious dance clubs in Rome, where she combined her love for dance, a passion she had nurtured for many years, with her work.
By 2023, she was photographing almost every dance club in her city, which led to an opportunity to work at congresses across Europe.
During that year, she met Silvio at an event in Spain, which led to an invitation to join the wonderful team of 32 Beat Production
Angelo

Born in Lima, Peru, in 1991, Angelo discovered his passion for creativity and visual storytelling at an early age. In 2014, he completed his studies in audiovisual arts, embarking on a remarkable professional journey that led him to collaborate with renowned companies such as Sony Music, Universal, and Blanco y Negro.

In 2017, he decided to focus on the world of weddings, a field that allowed him to capture unique and emotional moments through photography and video. Two years later, in 2019, he founded Flashandlove, a personal project that quickly established itself as a national benchmark. Through Flashandlove, Angelo has documented weddings across Spain, creating unforgettable memories for couples on their most special day.

In addition to his work in weddings, Angelo is passionate about dance, which led him to join the dynamic world of SBK events. Since then, he has worked at numerous major congresses and events.

Currently, Angelo continues his career with the same passion and dedication that has defined him from the beginning, offering photography and videography services for weddings and events, with a firm commitment to quality and creativity in every project.
